Dear Family,
What I liked about this monument was the absence of anything traditionally exclusively “woman’s work.” The message comes across. During the war, women did everything: welder, builder, manufacturer, etc. They did and can do anything a man can do if society doesn’t stand in the way. Good monument! Love ya! Dad
